Cassie Kraft, LICSW
I believe we all already possess what we need to be successful, we just sometimes need help bringing it out of ourselves. All services I provide will be open and honest and based on the unique individual need. I provide a comfortable space you can be yourself and free of judgment. The first and hardest step toward change is getting started, the rest we can work on together.
I am very strengths-based and person-centered. My areas of experience include depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse and neglect, grief, self-esteem, and gender dysphoria. The main modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based Relationship Interventions, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Rapidization (EMDR).
I originally grew up on a small reservation town in South Dakota. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. I have 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth and their families. I also have experience with diverse groups of people and historical trauma.
