Crystal Holt, MHP

Clinical Intern

Who I am: Hi! My name is Crystal, and I am a clinical therapy intern working under the supervision of Lindsey Greenlun, LMFT, LADC. I have a bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and a minor in Psychology from St. Cloud State University; I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Cloud State University.

I have experience working with children who have experienced abuse and neglect; families and individuals with high conflict, substance abuse, mental health struggles, and involvement with child protective services; individuals and families with developmental disabilities; and adults over 65.

My approach: Working from a collaborative and holistic approach, I am committed to helping individuals find healing so they can live their lives with more meaning, awareness, and intention. Using empathy, humor, and unconditional positive regard, I work to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect as well as a non-judgmental space where folks are free to be themselves and to explore what they want from their lives. My goal is to help people feel alive and connected to their existence.

Who I see: I enjoy working with a variety of populations including individuals ages 3 and up as well as couples. Additional areas of focus include: perinatal mental health (including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and other issues during pregnancy and after birth), eating disorders, health behaviors, depression, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, couples counseling, and relational issues.

Availability: Currently, I have in-person or telehealth openings Monday-Thursday in Litchfield, MN.
