Lindsey Greenlun, MA, LMFT, LADC
I believe everyone should have a safe and non-judgmental space to grow in and I have developed my therapy practice around providing that space. I am passionate about helping people learn to manage their mental health symptoms, heal from trauma, and embrace their resiliency. I enjoy working with people of all ages and tend to use techniques from the following models of therapy: Experiential, Narrative, Systemic, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused. I also enjoy embracing art, music, and play therapy techniques in my work.
I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist as well as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the states of Minnesota, Colorado, and Utah. I am a board approved supervisor for LPC/LPCC and LADC/ADC-T; and under supervision of supervision for AAMFT supervisees.
I am and EMDRIA trained therapist in EMDR and provide EMDR therapist to children and adults. I am a certified provider in Prepare & Enrich, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS). I hold a Clinical Fellow status through the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and have completed the necessary continuing education to provide supervision to graduate level therapists entering the field.
Prior to full-time private practice, I worked with youth and adolescents in school-linked mental health in rural Minnesota and I was an associate at a private practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
